With a background in mental health social work, addiction counseling, trauma recovery, and neuroscience-informed care, I bring a holistic, direct, compassionate, solution-focused, and non-judgmental approach to therapy. My work is rooted in curiosity, collaboration, and the belief that each person holds the wisdom and capacity to grow and heal. I draw from evidence-based modalities, including trauma-focused therapy, somatic practices, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), tailoring our work to fit your unique needs and goals.

I’ve known Dee for years, and when she offered the opportunity to work with me using Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), I jumped at the chance. The experience was truly amazing. The process was incredibly gentle and, true to its name, accelerated. I’ve tried many different forms of therapy over the years, but the relief I felt after just one session with Dee was unlike anything I’ve experienced before.
The specific issue we worked on had always triggered a sudden wave of anxiety for me. After our session, that emotional charge was significantly reduced—it felt like the weight of the situation had lifted.
My only regret is that I don’t live closer to Dee. I would love the chance to work with her more on some of the deeper traumas I’ve experienced over the years. As someone who works at a Veterans Services Center, I can clearly see how impactful this therapy could be for the Veterans we serve.
